Green Residence is a construction company and main investor in the project of an apart- hotel construction on a luxurious location on Kopaonik.

With its exclusive location and facilities, Green Residence’s apart-hotel represents the idea of luxury apartments, comfort and a special mountain corner for its residents.

The exterior is perfectly integrated into the ambient whole and the traditional "Kopaonik style of construction" with 273 parking spaces (average 14,6m2 per unit) and 234 apartments (average 45m2 per unit).

Construction works for the apart-hotel began in August 2023 and the completion of this Project works is planned for 31 December 2025
